1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly delivered.
  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Products must be in original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Used, installed, or altered products.
  • Clearance or discounted items.

3. Return Process

  • Step 1: Email us at info@daskinc.com with order details and images of the issue.
  • Step 2: Our team will review the request and arrange a return pick-up if eligible.
  • Step 3: Upon successful inspection, a replacement or refund will be processed.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for defective products.
  • Replacement is subject to stock availability.
